The instructor, CHRIS KOPP, joined the Canadian Armed Forces as an Infantryman in 1994, where he deployed to Bosnia and Afghanistan in 2002. Releasing from the military in 2006 as a Search and Rescue Technician, he started CTOMS Inc., a tactical medical and rescue training and equipment provider. In 2013, with the oversight and review of CTOMS veterinary staff, Chris created the CTOMS CanineMed program, an advanced level trauma and acute illness care course for working dog handlers. Chris continues to sit as the CEO of CTOMS.
